Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty

All electrical goods (including fridges, washing machines, dryers and other electrical items) come with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of an item failing within 6 months of purchase, please let us know by e-mail at service@ik2.com.au. Our friendly staff will be happy to collect the faulty item from your location in Melbourne and:

Evidence of purchase, such as a copy of an order confirmation email, may be required. If you cannot locate the order confirmation e-mail - that's ok. Just include your name, mobile number and address in your e-mail to us and we'll see if we can locate the order on our system.

Returns

IK2 takes exceptional care to ensure all items listed for sale on our website are accurately described and photographed. In the unlikely event of any issues or concerns following the purchase of an item, we encourage customers to immediately contact us via service@ik2.com.au to arrange for the return of the item and a refund. Evidence of purchase, such as a copy of an order confirmation email, may be required.

IK2 is bound by consumer rights and legislation as it applies in the State of Victoria.

Damage in Transit or Errors

Any stock item which appears damaged on arrival can be refused. Our driver will return the item to our warehouse and arrange a refund for the purchase value of the item.
