Refunds and Returns policies

IK2 takes exceptional care to ensure all items listed for sale on our website are accurately described and photographed. In the unlikely event of any issues or concerns following the purchase of an item, we encourage customers to immediately contact us via ik2service@gmail.com to arrange for the return of the item and a refund. Evidence of purchase, such as a copy of an order confirmation email, may be required.

IK2 is bound by consumer rights and legislation as it applies in the State of Victoria.

Damage in Transit or Errors

Any stock item which appears damaged on arrival can be refused. Our driver will return the item to our warehouse and arrange a refund for the purchase value of the item.
