About IK2

IK2 was founded in Melbourne in 2015 in our founder's spare bedroom, initially specialising in second hand IKEA desks and chests of drawers. Over time, our range broadened to include more types of furniture, furniture brands and whitegoods. Today we have two warehouses in Melbourne, multiple delivery vans and a friendly team of staff who pickup, clean, test and deliver furniture and whitegoods. Together, we have supplied quality second hand whitegoods and furniture to thousands of customers over many years.

Our online model for buying and selling second hand furniture and whitegoods is very convenient. We pickup items we buy, and we deliver (and assemble) all items we sell. Customers also have the assurance of our warranty and returns policy. This takes the risk out of buying second hand items online. With IK2 there's no need to worry about dodgy sellers and scammers. We're a genuine Australian business registered with ASIC and hold a second hand dealer's license issued by Consumer Affairs Victoria. And we're passionate about what we do. 	Brand new	Item is brand new. It is fresh out of the packaging ready for delivery to you. Brand new items have never been used before. They come fully assembled and can be delivered at our very competitive delivery prices. With our brand new items you can avoid walking through the maze at a store to find the item you're after, having to load it into your car, get it home, and then (in the case of furniture items) figure out the instructions for getting it assembled. We take care of all that for you!
	Excellent	Item is in excellent used condition with very few, if any, signs of prior use.
	Very Good	Item is in very good used condition with only minor signs of prior use. (Items in very good condition may have a few small feint scratches or tiny chips). See item photos for details.
	Good	Item is in good working order but has signs of wear from prior use . (Items in good condition may have scratches or chips.) See item photos for details.
	Fair	Item is in working order, but has considerable signs of wear from prior use . (Items in fair condition may have major dints, missing veneer, clearly visible bumps in surfaces.) See item photos for details.
